Destiny Career Services is a results driven organization dedicated in providing superior career and workforce development consulting services to non- profit organizations and governmental agencies that serve low income persons who need direction and knowledge in achieving their specific career goals.
Our goal is to ensure that patrons of Destiny Career Services are given exceptional customer service and find success in obtaining clear and distinct guidance in their pursuit of specific careers that ultimately lead to a high level of economic and personal fulfillment.

Vincent W. Miler
Vincent W. Miler
Vincent Miler is a native of Washington, DC and has enjoyed a productive public service career with the DC Department of Human Services/DHS for the past twenty- five years. Since 2013, Mr. Miler has served as a Supervisor with the DC SNAP Employment and Training Program. Mr. Miler attended the University of the District of Columbia and graduated in 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration.
In his career with DHS as a Job Developer and Vocational Development Specialist/VDS with the Bureau of Training and Employment/BTE, Mr. Miler assisted in developing, implementing and monitoring the Work Experience Program under BTE; he also served as a facilitator in the BTE Job Club. Under the DHS Office of Work Opportunity/OWO, Mr. Miler served as a Supervisor and Program Coordinator for the Tuition Assistance Program Initiative for TANF/TAPIT for ten years, which is a program that provided post-secondary scholarships to TANF customers. Also during his tenure under OWO, Mr. Miler led special projects at the DC General Homeless Shelter; in addition to serving as a member of the task force charged with integrating homeless services criteria in the assessment process for TANF and SNAP customers. As a member of the DHS team, Mr. Miler has been instrumental in assisting a countless number of TANF and SNAP customers in achieving their educational and career goals while also promoting self- sufficiency and their reduction of dependency on public benefits.
